Etobicoke Community Concert Band - March 29, 2019
The “Etobicoke Community Concert Band” presented “Dance Like No One’s Watching” offering a wide range of toe tapping swing, jazz and popular music. Contemporary jazz guest vocalist Meagan Luchko, complemented the music beautifully with her warm and rich voice. The concert also featured a lively set from the Etobicoke Swing Orchestra.
As members of the Etobicoke Camera Club, Bruce Barton, Blair Brubacher and myself were invited by ECCB to take stills and videos on a volunteer basis to record the event. This gave us an opportunity to enhance our photographic skills while helping this community band and its very talented musicians. The photos in this gallery were all taken impromptu by Blair with post processing by myself. Higher quality photos will be presented separately by Bruce, and "as shot" video scenes will be donated by me. Photos below were taken in an impromptu manner, as time allowed, between also managing several video cameras. All very challenging, but as with music, practice makes perfect! John Stevenson - ECC
